Listening & Friction Mapping Sprint™ is a rapid research and interpretation engagement designed to explain what’s driving a pattern—drop-off, disengagement, low participation, turnover, weak onboarding uptake, declining event traction—when teams need answers quickly. This sprint may include interviews/focus groups, a short survey, or mixed methods. The outcome is decision-ready interpretation: what’s happening, why, and what to change first.
