PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & RESEARCH ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT
1. Nature of Services
The Unfolding Room™ provides applied research, population insight, and professional advisory services grounded in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and behavioral systems analysis.
Services may include:
• Research design and instrument refinement (surveys, interviews, focus groups)
• Qualitative synthesis and thematic interpretation
• Mixed-method research analysis
• Workforce and population insight briefings
• Identity Architecture™ strategy and systems interpretation
• Leadership and role-strain advisory
• Selective individual diagnostic sessions related to role-fit and accommodations
All services are non-clinical and non-therapeutic in nature.
They do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care, psychotherapy, legal advice, or crisis services.
If you require clinical or emergency support, you agree to seek care from a licensed provider.
2. Scope of Engagement
All services provided by Itzel Yagual, Behavioral Systems Architect™ & Identity Intelligence™ Strategist, are professional research, advisory, and strategic services.
Engagement scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in writing prior to project initiation.
These services do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal services, or crisis support.
Clients are responsible for their decisions, implementation, and organizational actions resulting from advisory or research interpretation.
3. Confidentiality
Information shared during advisory sessions or research engagements is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is legally required, including:
• Imminent risk of harm
• Abuse or neglect reporting requirements
• Court order or lawful subpoena
Institutional research agreements may include separate confidentiality or data-handling terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
By engaging services, you agree to:
• Participate in good faith
• Provide accurate and relevant information
• Respect scheduling and scope agreements
• Understand the non-clinical nature of services
• Take responsibility for implementation decisions
5. Fees & Payment
Fees are due as outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.
Payments for completed sessions or delivered research work are non-refundable.
Rescheduling policies apply as specified at the time of booking.
Multi-phase research engagements are governed by agreed-upon payment terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Research materials, frameworks, synthesis documents, and methodologies developed by The Unfolding Room™ remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise specified in writing.
Clients are granted use rights for agreed-upon deliverables.
7. No Guarantees
Research and advisory services provide interpretation and strategic insight.
Outcomes vary based on implementation, context, and environmental conditions.
No specific results are guaranteed.
8. Technology & Delivery
Services may be delivered virtually or in person as specified.
Clients agree to participate from appropriate professional environments when applicable.
9. Communication Boundaries
Professional communication occurs during scheduled sessions or through agreed-upon channels.
Extended advisory or strategic consultation does not occur via social media DM or informal messaging platforms.
10. Emergency Situations
The Unfolding Room™ does not provide crisis or emergency services.
