We map identity load, role strain, expectation mismatch, and psychological safety risk patterns across teams and leadership layers—translating what’s happening inside the system into decision-ready signals for redesign. Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Life happens — especially for neurodivergent and multi-role women — so if you need to adjust your appointment, you can make changes directly through your booking confirmation link.
