Results Narrative Package™ is a full research translation engagement for organizations and partners who need a complete findings story—not a quick readout or a slide of percentages. Over 4–6 weeks, I analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data, synthesize patterns (including contradictions and limits), and translate findings into decision-grade insight grounded in identity, neurodivergence, culture, and real-world work systems. Includes • Kickoff to confirm goals, stakeholders, and output format (90-minute kickoff + 4–6 weeks) • Full analysis + synthesis across data sources • Findings narrative: meaning, contradictions, limits, implications • Priority recommendations anchored in systems levers • One revision cycle • Optional live briefing or facilitated sensemaking session (scope-dependent) Typical deliverables • Results deck (stakeholder-ready) • Executive summary (1–3 pages) • Findings + implications memo • Priority recommendations
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Life happens — especially for neurodivergent and multi-role women — so if you need to adjust your appointment, you can make changes directly through your booking confirmation link. Same-day cancellations or missed sessions are not refundable, but you’re always welcome to book a future time that supports your bandwidth.
