Service Description

A focused, 40-minute coaching session designed for women who are late-identified, culturally diverse, or navigating layered roles at home, work, or school. Grounded in my background across tech, social work, corrections, and the entertainment industry—along with lived experience as an autistic/ADHD Afro-Latina and my doctoral research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology—this session helps you make sense of what’s happening in your internal system right now so you can move with steadiness, not survival mode. This space is ideal if you’re managing: • late diagnosis and identity shifts • workplace tension, team dynamics, or communication challenges • supporting or supervising neurodivergent employees • masking burnout, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue • parenting or caregiving as a neurodivergent woman • pressure from cultural, gender, or family role expectations • career transitions, grad school stress, or starting a business • navigating systems that weren’t built for neurodivergent bodies and brains We focus on your actual bandwidth, your cultural and emotional load, and the specific decisions in front of you—without forcing productivity, “fixing,” or performance. This coaching is ICF-informed, trauma-aware, ND-affirming, culturally intelligent, and grounded in applied behavioral science.
